Independent Software Products

Focused software products built around real operational problems.

Project ICOR develops owned applications and SaaS product concepts alongside its custom software work. Each product starts with a narrow problem, a functional path, and an honest development status.

Product Principles

Useful before expansive

Project ICOR is bootstrapped. Product work is deliberately focused on clear value, responsible scope, and steady verification instead of inflated claims or premature scale.

A specific problem

Products begin with a real workflow or decision that can be described and evaluated.

A functional path

Early work aims to prove the important workflow before surrounding it with unnecessary features.

Clear status

Concepts, prototypes, products in development, and available software should be labeled honestly.

Careful releases

Testing, security, user control, and the consequences of failure are considered as the product matures.
